More about Daphne

Meet lovely Daphne!

Daphne arrived at Battersea through no fault of her own due to a change in her previous owner's circumstances which meant they could no longer care for her.

Daphne is a sweet old lady with a lot of love left to give! She is very fond of her people and loves a comfortable lap to rest on and enjoy her later years in life in her forever home.

As a Jack Russell she can be a little vocal at times, usually when the door knocks or another dog barks at her but is otherwise a settled and calm lady and has been able to make progress with her behaviour.

Daphne can be a little worried of other dogs but has made friends with some steady independent dogs who don't pester her. Due to this she would prefer to be the only pet in the home where she can settle down and enjoy her retirement years ad met with regular dog friends . As she is an older lady she is looking for a quieter adult only home and she will provide endless cuddles in exchange.
